Charging availability, charger status, session information, pricing, payment options, access rules, and other operational details may depend on the charging-site operator, charger hardware, network connectivity, third-party providers, and site-specific configuration. Availability is not guaranteed at every location or at all times.
Pricing and payments
Where paid charging or other paid services are offered, applicable fees, taxes, and payment terms will be presented through the relevant site, application, charging interface, agreement, or checkout flow. Site operators may set or control certain charging prices and access policies.
Third-party hardware and services
VoltaSwift may integrate with third-party chargers, payment providers, communications networks, analytics services, software, and other external systems. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the VoltaSwift name, website content, software, branding, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Nimblox Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or another written agreement.
Feedback
If you provide product ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you permit us to use that feedback to improve VoltaSwift without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited, circumvent security controls, disrupt charging operations, scrape restricted data, impersonate another user, or use the services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Privacy
Your use of the website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal charger compatibility, continuous network connectivity, or that every third-party service will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nimblox Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Any additional service-specific liability terms may be set out in a separate written agreement.
